New final assembly line increases motorcycle output capacity

Our expanded line improves takt-time control and end-of-line testing coverage for export models.

VNP MotoWorks commissioned a new final assembly line with torque-controlled stations, digital inspection gates, and improved dyno routing. The line supports rapid changeover for 150cc to 300cc platforms and OEM trim packages.
